About Vintage Cameras

Vintage cameras have been manufactured for more than 50 years. We have selected bodies with the most beautiful overview possible and made them ready to use, but please note that they may contain some scuffs and scratches.

We take the form of made-to-order production, which means that we produce the product only after receiving your order. Please allow approximately 7 days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) from the time of order to the time of shipment.

About cameras with built-in flash

We will ship within 1 to 2 days after your order is placed.

Payment Methods

 You can choose to pay by credit card or by using payment agencies such as ApplePay, Google Pay, or PayPal. We accept VISA, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards.

About Delivery

 We will ship overseas by EMS(Japan Post).  International e-packet service (Japan Post ) or FedEx may be used depending on the country and circumstances. We will provide you with a tracking number for your package in the email we send out to you.

Cancellation of Orders

Orders can be cancelled before the product is shipped. Please contact us using the contact form. We will process the cancellation.

Please note that, in principle, we do not accept cancellations for customer reasons after the product has been shipped.

Returns/Exchanges

In case of initial defects, we will repair, exchange, or return the item for a refund within 2 months of purchase for your peace of mind.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed as soon as we confirm the return of the product from the customer.

If you paid via PayPal, we will refund your money immediately. If you paid by credit card, it will take 5 to 10 business days after the refund is processed for your credit card. Please note that the refund date may vary depending on the credit card company.

Also, due to the credit card company's closing date, the amount may be deducted from your credit card once. In such cases, the credit card company will refund the money or deduct the amount from your credit card by the next month or two.
