Shipping Policy
We ship worldwide from Tokyo, Japan.
Every camera is carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery and comes with a tracking number.
Shipping Methods
• USA & Canada: FedEx (Delivery in approximately 3–4 business days)
• Europe & Oceania: EMS or FedEx (Delivery in approximately 5–10 business days)
• Asia: EMS (Delivery in approximately 3–7 business days)
Shipping Schedule
Orders are usually shipped within 1–3 business days after purchase.
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped.
Customs & Import Taxes
Import duties or VAT may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, but we always fill out customs forms clearly to help avoid issues.
For customers in the United States, all duties and import-related fees are already taken care of—no extra charges upon delivery.
Cancellation of Orders
Orders can be cancelled before the product is shipped. Please contact us using the contact form. We will process the cancellation.
Please note that, in principle, we do not accept cancellations for customer reasons after the product has been shipped.
Returns/Exchanges
In case of initial defects, we will repair, exchange, or return the item for a refund within 3 months of purchase for your peace of mind.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected.
For PayPal payments, refunds are processed immediately.
For credit card payments, please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Depending on your card company’s billing cycle, the amount may temporarily appear as charged but will be corrected on your next or following month’s statement.
