We ship worldwide from Tokyo, Japan.
Shipping is free for all orders. Every camera is carefully packaged using protective materials and includes a tracking number.

Shipping Methods
• USA & Canada: FedEx (Delivery in approximately 3–4 business days)
• Europe & Oceania: EMS or FedEx (Delivery in approximately 5–10 business days)
• Asia: EMS (Delivery in approximately 3–7 business days)

Shipping Schedule
Orders are usually shipped within 1–3 business days after purchase.
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped.

Customs & Import Taxes
