Great camera and great customer service!

I bought this as an anniversary gift for my husband. It arrived extremely fast and was packaged so beautifully. My husband was thrilled with his gift! He was so impressed with how much care went into the refurbishment. One of the first things he said was “I can’t wait to pass this down to my daughter.” Truly an heirloom quality gift!

The camera itself is stunning in quality, and the seller was so helpful, answering questions and updating me with shipping information. also providing written instructions/video on how to use the camera. thank you!

I can’t wait to not only use this camera, but to display it with my other vintage cameras when not in use! The camera is adorable and I love the color.
The camera is in excellent condition, a good value, and shipped fast. I was worried about timing with it shipping from Japan to the US, but it arrived very quickly.
The seller also included a video showing how to attach the flash and load film, which is helpful.

This Olympus Trip 35 is in excellent condition, it looks brand new and I can’t wait to use it! It shipped on time and arrived extremely fast to New York in under a week. The seller’s communication was great and I would definitely recommend to others looking for a vintage camera that’s been cleaned and tested.

The item was exactly as described. The item arrived safely packaged and incredibly fast to the east coast of the US. They gave instructional videos for how to load the camera, and some helpful pointers. When it arrived, I quickly shot the roll of film they gave and got it developed. It worked flawlessly and gave me some beautiful shots. I would definitely buy from them again. It was a very pleasant experience.

Just an excellent experience from start to delivery. I would highly recommend using their services. Super excited to get my film developed.

The camera was in great condition and works as intended!

I bought this as a gift and I couldn't be happier. It's in excellent condition. Shipped fast and the seller is kind and communicative. I definitely would recommend this camera. It is compact and has a beautiful retro look and feel. The viewfinder is crystal clear and it comes with a roll of color film and a leather hand strap.

Amazing quality and in better condition than described. I already took a few photos with the camera and can't wait to develop them. Thank you for continuing to ship to the US.

Item arrived to Ireland incredibly quickly from Japan.

Ryo and Misako are super helpful with advice and information about the camera post delivery.
Couldn't provide better service.

Such a lovely camera! Love the soft green leather on it, and to know it is refurbished and tested, I'm a happy customer. The seller even included directions and a video along with the camera, so I can take better pictures with it. I recommend this camera!

ContrailCamera is absolutely phenomenal! I received my camera in under a week, and they even included additional instructions, which were a thoughtful touch. I just developed my first reel of film, and the camera works perfectly. Thank you for such an excellent experience!

Beautiful! I love it! Great seller.

Schöne Kamera, Stoff teilweise nicht ganz 100% sauber abgeschnitten. Gut im Stande, funktioniert alles.

It’s so cute! Had some shipping problems but as far as I can tell, not the seller’s fault. I was able to pick it up from the post office, and the seller assisted me through that process. It will be a great gift!

Item arrived on time and in fantastic condition! Really happy with it!

Overall amazing! My camera arrived very quickly to the US in perfect condition. I accidentally ordered the wrong color and they were very quick to help and resolve my mistake to get the color I wanted. Will definitely buy from contrail again in the future.

The customer service was of great quality, up to the tiniest detail. The camera is working (I have yet to develop the first film) and is easy to use.
Only info useful for people with delivery in Europe: custom might take some more days to deliver the package, and it will ask for a surplus tax on the delivered item. Hope it helps!

This camera is a gem. Perfect for traveling, as mentioned. The vendor has good communication and even gave me valuable advices. No wonder this camera has become a japanese cult item in the past years. Most of all, the quality and condition is even better then claimed.
